October 13, 2024Communication leading up to the event was fine. Very responsive, but I was not sure who I was talking to (the business owner, the bartender who was going to be at my event) and I had to confirm multiple times whether certain items would be provided or not. On the day of the event, the bartender showed up on time, however, she had forgotten to bring a crucial ingredient (simple syrup) so she had to run to a liquor store beforehand to get it. The bartender was dressed appropriately and was very kind and easy to work with, however, the two cocktails she made for the event were not that great. I also do not believe the bartender knew she was working my event until the morning of. Again, lovely person but the drinks were not well made. The pricing of the service was good, and I still tipped in cash day-of, but I would not use this vendor again for future events unfortunately.

Thank you for your review. The bartender was scheduled a few weeks prior. She is a new hire and I can see additional training is needed. There are always things we can improve on and I love the criticism. As for the simple syrup we typically do not provide mixers or add on ingredients however I agreed to do this on a one time basis. Unfortunately I had forgotten it at the office when I dropped off the kit so I had to have the bartender run and get it. We also don't charge for set up and clean up hours and factor in extra time in case something like this arises. Thank you for the criticism. We hope to learn from this and grow to excellence.

February 20, 2024This was such a great addition to our party, and Leah went above and beyond tailoring the perfect themed cocktail menu with our preferred alcohols. She arrived right on time, the bar looked amazing and at the end of the night, quickly cleaned up everything and slipped out so quietly and seamlessly. Highly recommend!
