Servola has over 20 years of business and entrepreneurial experience. She is the proud spouse of a retired USAF Colonel. Mom of three children who are all “grown and gone” and Gigi to one granddaughter. She has 9+ year of specialize government contacting experience where she worked various highly visible contracts with values ranging from $600Kto $254M in the national and international arena. She has 19+ years of training & development motivational speaking, coaching, and mentoring experience.
Servola is on the John Maxwell Team of coaching, leadership, and motivational speakers. She mentors the next generation of leaders, empowers women, and has a passion for Leadership, Training & Development. She is the owner of Motivate Enterprises, LLC a premier training and development firm.
FAITH
Servola is a follower of Jesus Christ. She received salvation at the early age of 13. Being the daughter of a Bishop she has intimate knowledge of the word of God. She and husband George Frazier share in pastoring at the Faith Life Outreach Christian Kathedral (FLOCK) Headquarters in Rockledge, FL. She believes in the full word of God.
