Each emotion serves a purpose. But how we use it, react to it, or see it is often our choice or in our control. Just like any person or friend, anxiety is also imperfect. It can be too much sometimes, and sometimes it can be messy. But overall, it tries to do more good for us than anything else. Sometimes, even friends need a little conversation. Just as you’d accept and see more of the good in a friendship, the same can be done with your emotional anxiety.

Despite overcoming challenges such as childhood abuse, poverty, growing up around addiction, bullying, eating disorders, seasonal depression, divorce, car accidents, death, and complex PTSD with anxiety and panic attacks. I’ve developed a strong sense of resiliency and trust in myself. Above all, I rose above the life I was given, created an entirely new one for myself, and helping others do the same.
Offering fully curated speeches and some key foundational speeches; speaking on behalf of manifesting, overcoming fears, building resiliency, and overcoming anxiety.
