I am a motivational speaker. My topics include Self Love ~ Forgiveness, Acceptance and Empowerment: Learning to Live with an inner Peace and Joy. Learning how to take these out into the world for practical use that will change the way One interacts with others. Love of Mother Earth and all of Nature and how this plays a role in our daily lives. Learn the way to a Radiant You!
I am also available to speak for groups of women only, or for men only. However, I do not have any problems speaking to a co-ed group. Some of the topics I cover in more detail maybe better suited for only same sex groups. Only you will know what is best for your group.

I use poetry as an inspiration, this is an active participant workshop. If there is a big white board I can write on - the group may create a poem together.
I may call on people for suggestions, topics, answers for questions I pose. People are encouraged to share. I make it known what is shared stays only in the room. There is a feeling of safety I like to provide. I may have handouts, I may bring a prop for an exercise. However, there is no forcing in regards to doing an exercise or sharing one's feelings. Please make sure to remind the group to bring a mirror for this work shop. Group should bring water bottles or have access to water during this speaking engagement.
There is one exercise which is very powerful. I ask the group members to bring a mirror (I may bring few). They will be asked to look into the mirror and say I love my Self. They are encouraged to continue and say I love my eyes, my nose, my body just as it is. This is an emotionally charged exercise. It would be nice to have tissue boxes available...there can be lots of tears shed as we delve into the topic of what loving our Self actually means.
I am a woman who believes in Self Empowerment. My passion is to help guide women to remember their core Essence and how to integrate this in their daily lives. My belief is that in Loving your Self honestly as well as accepting your Self just as you are brings a joy and an inner peace which affects in all areas of one's life.
How do I know this? I have lived it!
I prefer non fluorescent lighting. It is easier to see the group. Stage lighting is okay however gentle lighting not really sharp. However, if you only have fluorescent then I will work with that.
Staging: Stage should have stairs. A chair available to sit in. A small table to place handouts and a bottle of water.
The best: a wireless microphone headset system.
Microphone on an adjustable stand with the ability to take it off if the above is not available.

The speakers that have influenced me are Jarrad Hewett (author), Dee Wallace (actress and author), Emmanuel Dagher (a Global Humanitarian and Energy Alchemist), Darius Barazandeh (Host of You Wealth Revolution Global Radio Show) and Thom the World Poet (Co-author of Spirit Rocks, Poetry Mentor, and all over ball of Love, Light, and Endless Energy).
All of these people have had a positive effect on how I learned to Love My Self, how I learned to create my world through Joy, Love, Peace, and Flow. Thanks to Thom, I found my creative passion. Thanks to everyone else I have found how to use my creative passion to help inspire and Empower others.
