Travis Smith was born in Zachary, Louisiana, in 1983. He was raised under the Southern Baptist faith, and has been a christian most of his life. After, unexpectedly, going blind at the age of twenty,he discovered a talent for twisting the world into something humorous. He currently serves at a baptist church, in Walker, Louisiana. Here he teaches youth Sunday School and leads children's worship. His participation in these, and other ministries, combined with the strangeness of his professional and personal life, provide a never ending source of material for the stage.
