Our small to large group performances are perfect for proposals, weddings, corporate/private events and festivals.
Performances may include:
- LED and fire props such as hula hoops, fiber optic whips, levitation wands, and fans mixed with a variety dance styles.
- Choreographed pieces are generally 5 to 10 min per piece but can create larger.
- Free style performances and roaming character acts 1 to 6 hours in length.
- Insured fire performers and fire safety personnel.
What to Expect
Seattle-Lights specializes in creating custom free style and choreographed performances utilizing props such as hula hoops, levitation wands, fiber optic whips, and fans. Performances can include LED or fire and as requested by clients. Consultation prior to booking is free and requested so we may gather the details of your event and better create character and song choice to match your preferences. We take pride in character development and costuming tailored to your event or theme is included with every booking. All dancers bring elements of dance and interpretive (character) movement to every performance. Performances can consist of solo performances, a select few or large group choreography depending on budget and preference. Standard face paint, such as tribal styles and accent paint is included with every booking. For large corporate and festival events, Seattle-Lights can offer professional airbrush body paint artists and costume designers on call to make any character creation a reality for a small upgrade fee.
Fire performers are all insured and all fire performances will include FAI (Flow Arts Institute) Certified safety personnel to ensure the establishment, audience and performer are safe at all times. These personnel are fully trained and equipped to extinguish fire from props, people and venue in a timely and safe manner.
A dry run through of event performance space is requested prior to event date to ensure spacing for performers is adequate and adjustments to positioning can be made to ensure a smooth performance.
Seattle-Lights Performers are a diverse group of seven accomplished women, who have come together to captivate audiences through wonderful displays of light and fire. Several members have performed at major festivals such as Paradiso, Lucky, Pacific Fire Gathering, North West Flow Fest, and several small local events and private parties. Since coming together in the spring of 2019, the team as performed as a collective at events such as Pixie Dust Festival, Tour De Pier, Luminata, and small events such as weddings and club performances. Our team mission is to share our love in light with the world in captivating performances that astonish audiences while supporting the thriving local flow arts community through recognition, involvement and instruction workshops. The team has a plethora of experience, as each person have anywhere from 2-15+ years of experience in performing arts. Each artist brings their own unique style, yet their dynamic performance together creates a whole new entrancing experience you won’t want to miss!
Additional Booking Notes
Lighting and sound equipment may be required depending on size of stage area and audience. Small portable UE Mega Boom (Bluetooth speakers) and subtle ambient lighting can be provided by Seattle-Lights. Sound through Mega Boom is ample enough for small crowds of 20 or less only.

Stage lighting may be required depending on time of day and performance type. Ambient lighting can be provided by Seattle-Lights.

Flat ground is best to perform on and preferred for performer safety.
