Scott was influenced by his mentor Bobby in Massachusetts as a young man. He taught me the correct way to make drinks, how to pour a great drink and to interact with my clientele. Bobby is still serving up drinks to this day! I have an in-depth knowledge of what makes a great drink!
Karen, at an early age worked in the restaurant business and loved everything about it! I started as a waitress in high school at a fine dining restaurant. In my 20's I learned a lot about wine and spirits managed a restaurant and bar. I continue to serve up fabulous cocktails at all kinds of events!
