Hi, I’m Bizzy! As a private chef and professional mixologist based in Juno Beach, I created Bizzy by the Sea to bring a high-end, chef-driven approach to the mobile bar experience.

My background is rooted in the standards of excellence found in James Beard-nominated and Michelin-recommended establishments. I’ve spent my career refining my craft in some of the most respected environments, and I’m passionate about bringing that same level of precision, balance, and creativity to your private event.

Consultative Service: I don't just show up and pour; I partner with you to design the perfect flow for your event. From spirit selection and wine pairings to ice programs and logistics, I provide expert guidance to ensure your vision is executed flawlessly.

Chef-Led Mixology: I approach cocktails with a culinary lens, utilizing unique techniques, foraged ingredients, and homegrown microgreens to create flavors you won't find at a standard bar.

Old Florida Charm: While my standards are world-class, my style is rooted in "Old Florida" hospitality—warm, authentic, and effortlessly professional.

Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless, Michelin-standard beverage experience, I have the following requirements for event setups:

Service Space: A flat, stable surface for service (minimum 5–6 feet). If a physical bar is not provided by the venue or host, please let me know in advance so I can arrange for a portable bar setup.

Power Access: At least one dedicated 15-amp outlet is preferred for chilling equipment or specialty bar lighting, though "off-grid" battery-powered setups can be discussed for beach or remote locations.

Water Access: Access to a clean water source within reasonable distance for handwashing and tool rinsing is required to maintain high sanitary standards.

Ice & Storage: While I provide a detailed consultative shopping list for ice, I require a shaded or cool area to store backup supplies for outdoor events, particularly in the Florida heat.

Setup & Breakdown: I require access to the event space 60–90 minutes prior to the start time for setup and 45 minutes after the event for breakdown and cleaning.

Permits & Access: For private estates or gated communities in the Juno/Jupiter area, please ensure my vehicle is cleared for entry and that there is a designated loading/unloading zone near the service area.

Note on Alcohol: In accordance with Florida regulations, for most private events, the client provides the alcohol. As part of my Consultative Service, I provide a precise, itemized shopping list to ensure you have exactly what is needed without overspending.

Instead of a static menu, I provide a rotating selection of beverage programs built on high-caliber culinary techniques. My background in James Beard-nominated and Michelin-recommended programs allows me to bring advanced "back-of-house" skills to your private bar:

Fat-Washing & Infusions: I utilize advanced infusion techniques, such as brown-butter fat-washing or toasted coconut oil rinses, to create spirits with incredible silkiness and depth of flavor without the need for heavy syrups.

Milk-Clarification (Milk Washing): I specialize in creating crystal-clear "Milk Punches"—a historical technique that results in a perfectly translucent, shelf-stable cocktail with a luxurious, velvety mouthfeel.

Force Carbonation: For the ultimate "Palm Beach Spritz" or highball, I utilize force-carbonation to create bespoke bottled cocktails or draft pours with a finer, more persistent bubble than standard mixers.

House-Made Cordials & Shrubs: I treat produce like a chef, creating local fruit cordials, bright acid-adjusted juices, and vinegar-based shrubs from foraged Florida ingredients and homegrown microgreens.

Aromatic Sculpting: I incorporate modern bar tools—from handheld smokers for rosemary and wood chips to essential oil atomizers—to ensure the olfactory experience of the drink is just as powerful as the taste.

While I love utilizing these technical methods, every event is unique. As part of my service, we will collaborate to decide which of these techniques best fit your theme, whether you want a high-tech "Modernist" bar or a refined "Old Florida" classic service.

"Old Florida" & The Coast Living and working in Juno Beach, I am constantly inspired by the heritage of "Old Florida"—a time when hospitality was effortless, warm, and deeply connected to the land and sea. My aesthetic is influenced by the natural colors of the coastline, the practice of foraging for local tropical fruits, and the laid-back yet sophisticated vibe of Jupiter’s waterfront culture.

The Art of Connection Beyond the ingredients, I am influenced by the classic art of the "Barman." I believe the best bartenders are part-chemist and part-confidant. My goal is to combine the technical precision of modern mixology with the timeless, welcoming spirit of a local neighborhood fixture. Whether I’m designing a complex menu or pouring a classic, my ultimate influence is the joy of a shared toast.
