S&B Sound Philosophy:
• We provide a very real and tangible service.
• We are sound engineers with specialized skill sets.
• We are not just being compensated for a performance duration. We’re also being compensated for load-In, sound check, load-out, creating a friendly, fun atmosphere, and often-times partially facilitating an event.
• We are “on the clock” from load-in to load-out. That can resource all of us for 6-8 hours or more in some instances.
