Hi!! My name is Sassidy! I am a singer-songwriter rooted in the acoustic folk genre, weaving stories of growth, resilience, and the raw emotions of life through my music. Based in Arizona, I began my journey performing in the local music scene at 21, where I found a deep connection with audiences who resonated with my heartfelt lyrics and intimate sound. While I’m most often seen with my acoustic guitar, I enjoy exploring the textures and rhythms of different instruments such as piano, bass and drums. My songs are inspired by my personal experiences—the highs, the lows, and everything in between. Having faced loss and the challenges that come with it, songwriting became a powerful outlet for me to cope, process, and heal.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to perform at festivals such as the Sidepony Express Festival, Tucson Folk Festival, and Mesa Music Festival. I’ve had my music featured on local AZ radio stations as well an Australian station overseas. One of my proudest moments was having my song featured in the independent film Duel at The Mound. My mission is to use my music to spread awareness about the importance of embracing emotions and finding strength in vulnerability. I hope to inspire others to navigate their own journeys through the stories I share while creating a safe space where listeners can find comfort, understanding, and hope.
