Formed a year ago when we decided to try out for Battle of the Bands, our band has progressed from just being a friendly jam group to a full-fledged band that has played around Cleveland (DNA C Club downtown, 21 Lounge) and around campus at Case Western, CIM, or CIA, where we are all college students. We are an alternative/rock band that mostly performs with electric guitars, basses, keys, and a full-on drumset, but occasionally we break out into our acoustic side and jam out with just a cajun drum, maracas, and a few acoustic guitars. We can play originals or covers, whichever is requested of us. Thanks so much.

Formed a year ago when we decided to try out for Battle of the Bands, our band has progressed from just being a friendly jam group to a full-fledged band that has played around Cleveland (DNA C Club downtown, 21 Lounge) and at Spot Night here at CWRU. We write our own songs and are working on getting a demo CD out soon as well. We hope we are making an impact on the music scene here in Cleveland. Sasha B. is a singer/songwriter herself who wrote songs and came out with an iTunes album in high school before coming to Case. Shaun Howard was the guitarist in a band that performed at Warped Tour during high school. Vince has been in countless bands himself as a jazz bassist, Alex is a percussionist double majoring in music at CIM and economics at Case, and Andrew Freedman is a classical pianist studying to be an etymologist. Our various styles of music and skill sets come together to form what has become SASHA AND THE MIDNIGHT.
