March 23, 2026Sarah is a talented musician who was so easy to work with! She played at my husband's 75th birthday party. We worked on the song list together and she came up with a phonomenal play list. All the guests loved her playing both the violin and mandolin. She was one time and flexible when we were nailing down the start time. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who wants to add a special touch to an event and would love to hear her again. December 12, 2025I was looking for a musician to provide some cheer for my terminally ill friend, who is now bedridden. I could not have asked for a more compassionate person than Sarah.
She accommodated our song requests, played beautifully and has the voice of an angel. My friend was surprised and delighted. Even though he has trouble breathing, he sang along to his favorite songs, selected especially for him.
I am so thankful for Sarah and the kindness she showed my friend. Her visit provided the perfect gift for someone spending their last holidays in this world.
I will be forever grateful to Sarah for playing so exquisitely and helping make my Christmas wish come true.

November 25, 2025Sarah was amazing. This was a last minute add to our wedding celebration. She was so accommodating and supportive. Of course timelines changed when wedding party people didn't show on time...Sarah was patient and worked around our chaos. Not ideal for any performer... She went above and beyond to give me the perfect entrance for my walking to the alter. She even provided suggestions for songs to play during the social hour and when we walked the isle. I could not have been more happy with how it all came together. Thank you, Sarah!!!

Arizona-native Sarah Gripp is a versatile violinist/mandolinist with a wide range of performance outlets. Frequently contracted with local symphonies, she also enjoys branching out into improv, pop, and folk styles. In 2016, she was a winner of the NAU Concerto Competition (violin) and the next year was a member of the runner-up band of Pickin’ in the Pines Bluegrass Festival’s 2017 band competition (mandolin). She is currently a member of Symphony of the Southwest, regularly serves in the worship band at her church, and performs at weddings and other special events.
Sarah received Bachelors degrees in Music Performance and Music Education from Northern Arizona University. During her time there, she held concertmaster positions with both the university symphony and chamber orchestras.
