Hello there, I'm Alona. My musical voyage began in my home country of Ukraine, where I first embraced the violin at just six years old. My dedication to music led me to attain a Master's Degree in music and to the privilege of performing with esteemed symphony orchestras and ensembles from Kiev to Texas.
Throughout my career, I've had the joy of bringing music to stages across Europe, the United States, and Asia, witnessing firsthand how music can cross boundaries and bring people together. Now, residing in the serene Phoenix area, I am excited to offer my skills and passion for music to add an element of beauty to your event.
With the strings of my violin, I aim to create memorable experiences for events of all kinds, infusing each occasion with the same international flair and heartfelt expression that have defined my musical journey. Let's make your event unforgettable with the universal language of music. 🎻❤️🎹
Additional booking notes
For an optimal performance experience, the following technical requirements are essential for my service:
Stage and Space:
-A clear performance area of at least 6x6 feet to allow for freedom of movement and the acoustics of the violin.
-An armless chair for seated performances.
-If outdoors, a shaded or covered area is preferred to protect the instrument from direct sunlight or inclement weather.
Sound:
-For venues with over 50 attendees, a PA system may be necessary. I can provide a high-quality portable amplifier suitable for small to medium-sized spaces.
-For larger venues, a sound system with a microphone input and a clip-on microphone or a mic stand for the violin are required.
-A soundcheck prior to the event is essential to ensure volume levels are suitable for the space.
Lighting:
-Adequate stage lighting if the event takes place in dimly lit conditions.
Temperature:
-A moderate temperature is crucial as extreme cold or heat can affect the tuning and sound quality of the violin.
Setup Time:
-Access to the performance area at least 1 hour before the start time for setup and soundcheck.
Power Supply:
-Access to a power outlet near the performance area if amplification is needed.
Breaks:
-For performances longer than 1 hour, a 10-minute break is required every hour to ensure the quality of the performance is maintained.
Additional Notes:
-Specific details regarding repertoire, dress code, or any other personalized elements of the performance should be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
These requirements ensure that every performance is delivered at its highest quality and that the music can be thoroughly enjoyed by all in attendance.
