I can't say enough about Sapphire Bistro! Saasha and Kamaria, (sorry if the spelling isn't correct), arrived at my house in the morning and cooked all day! They cooked real Southern food. We had fried chicken, crab cakes, cheesy grits, collard greens, mac and cheese, salad, homemade banana pudding and chocolate cake! Everyone thought the food was delicious! Many went back for seconds and thirds! Saasha and Kamaria were also fun to have around all day, and they did a great job cleaning up before they left. I highly recommend Sapphire Bistro!
