March 2, 2026Best Santa Claus around!
They say you should never give a full 5-star review… but I absolutely cannot pass this up!
I asked Santa if he would be willing to come to my home and surprise my five grandchildren during our Christmas celebration — and WOW, did he deliver. We worked out a plan ahead of time. I pretended I had no idea, and right on cue he came knocking at the door. Honestly, I think I was more excited than the littles!
My grown children teased me a little, but I have video proof of EVERYONE smiling the entire time he was here. From the moment he walked in, his down-to-earth heart and loving spirit filled the room. You could truly feel the magic of Christmas.
My grandkids (who are usually shy!) couldn’t wait for him to hand them their presents. They were eager to hug him, sit on his lap, and answer his questions. He took time with each one, asking thoughtful questions and making them feel so special and seen.
And let me just say — he was dressed to the T! The whole experience felt authentic, warm, and absolutely magical.
It was more than just a visit from Santa. It was a memory our family will treasure forever. ❤️🎄✨

March 1, 2026Santa Who Truly Cares
Santa TomC has been such a gift to the children and families served at Coyote Hill Foster Care Ministries. 2025 was the second year he has volunteered his time with us, and each year he goes above and beyond anything we could have hoped for.
What stands out most is how personal and intentional he is. He remembered children from the year before and greeted them like old friends. For kids who have experienced trauma or big life transitions, being remembered matters more than most people realize and Santa TomC truly understands that.
He is incredibly gentle and patient with every child. He never rushes them. If a child is nervous, he calmly talks with them and lets them decide if they’d like to sit on his lap or simply stand beside him. He does such a beautiful job easing the fears of little ones who may be unsure at first.
He stays as long as the kids need him, making sure every child has their moment. His presence feels warm, genuine, and kind… not performative in any way.
We are so grateful for his generosity in volunteering his time and for the joy he brings to children who truly deserve something special. We cannot recommend Santa TomC enough.

What to expect
Clients can expect clear communication before the event, thoughtful arrival planning, a professional appearance, and a Santa who remains warmly in character throughout the experience.
Before the visit, Santa Tom works with the host to understand the event schedule, planned activities, names or special details, gift-distribution plans, photography needs, and any accessibility or sensory considerations.
Depending upon the event, Santa can:
• Greet and visit with children, families, employees, and guests
• Listen to Christmas wishes
• Pose for individual and group photographs
• Read a Christmas story
• Distribute gifts supplied by the host
• Participate in planned activities or ceremonies
• Help guide the natural flow of the celebration
Every gathering is different, so the visit is adapted to fit the occasion rather than forcing every client into the same routine. Santa Tom’s approach is warm, patient, and conversational—not hurried or overly theatrical. Special care is taken with shy children, older guests, and anyone who may benefit from a quieter or gentler interaction.
About
Santa Tom has been portraying Santa since 2019, bringing a warm, traditional, real-bearded Santa presence to families, businesses, schools, community groups, and organizations throughout Central Missouri.
He believes the best Santa visits are more than appearances—they are personal experiences that children and families will remember long after Christmas. Whether listening to a child’s Christmas wishes, sharing a story, distributing gifts, visiting with guests, posing for photographs, or helping create a community celebration, Santa Tom adapts each visit to the event and the people attending.
His goal is to make every guest feel welcomed, valued, and included while preserving the warmth, wonder, and dignity of the Santa tradition.
Santa Tom is available for private family visits, corporate and employee celebrations, community events, parades, Breakfast with Santa events, preschool and school visits, photo experiences, hospital and care-facility visits, and other holiday gatherings throughout Central Missouri.
Additional booking notes
Because appearances range from private home visits to large community celebrations, technical needs are determined during the event-planning process. Most family visits and smaller gatherings require no special equipment.
Please provide the following information before the event whenever applicable:
• Expected attendance
• Indoor or outdoor location
• Arrival, parking, and entrance instructions
• Event schedule and planned Santa activities
• Photography arrangements
• Gift-distribution plans
• Accessibility, sensory, or mobility considerations
• A day-of-event contact person
For larger events, the host may need to provide a microphone or sound system, event staff or a designated helper, and a clearly organized schedule.
When Santa will distribute gifts, they should be clearly labeled, organized, and placed where they can be accessed discreetly. Outdoor appearances require a safe weather plan and a dry, protected location.
Final timing, activities, and technical arrangements will be confirmed for each booking.

Set list
Santa Tom is not a singing Santa and does not provide a musical performance. However, appropriate Christmas music played softly by the host or venue can add warmth and atmosphere to the visit, especially during guest arrival, photographs, gift distribution, or other planned activities. Music should remain at a comfortable volume so Santa can clearly hear and interact with children and guests.
Influences and inspiration
My portrayal is influenced by the generosity and kindness associated with St. Nicholas, the warmth and wonder of the traditional American Santa Claus, and the classic image of Santa as a trusted friend of children and families.
I am also influenced by the families, children, and communities I meet. Their stories, questions, excitement, and sometimes their need for patience and reassurance continually shape the way I portray Santa. My goal is not to imitate one particular performer, but to present a warm, believable, and respectful Santa who helps create meaningful Christmas memories.
