January 7, 2026Santa Scott Martin is, without question, the best Santa Claus we have ever worked with.
He came to our home to surprise our children - and as a twist, helped orchestrate a surprise for my husband as well. From start to finish, his professionalism, presence, and execution were exceptional.
His communication leading up to the event and through the day of was flawless: clear, responsive, and reassuring. This was a very carefully timed and highly choreographed surprise with a detailed script and multiple moving parts. During our pre-event conversation, Santa Scott spoke with complete confidence and understanding, which immediately put me at ease. And then, he delivered every single detail perfectly.
He arrived early but timed his entrance precisely, exactly as we needed. He was incredibly thoughtful, even parking away from the house so the kids wouldn’t see him arrive. That level of awareness matters - and he nailed it.
Visually, he was outstanding. His suit was beautiful, well-kept, and authentic, and his overall aesthetic was polished and truly embodied Santa Claus. Nothing felt rushed, messy, or improvised - he looked and carried himself like the real deal.
He also went above and beyond in ways we didn’t even expect. He brought special gold Santa coins for our boys, which was a huge wow factor. He read The Night Before Christmas book, and then left a copy with the boys, which was incredibly special and meaningful.
We had never worked with Santa Scott Martin before this year - but we absolutely will again and again. I cannot say enough positive things about him. If you are scrolling through this site trying to decide which Santa to hire, stop now and book him. He is the only Santa we will work with going forward.
