December 29, 2025He was punctual and his communication was perfect! He was very comforting around a shy toddler and by the end she was comfortable enough to have her picture taken with him. He engaged everyone in conversation and seemed very natural and relaxed. He didn't seem to be in a rush or anticipating his next visits. I will be using his services again most definitely!

I am a 20yr Professional Santa. I have worked in some of the biggest locations in Toronto Canada, such as the Eaton Centre, and Fairview Mall, I have seen over 10,000 families, over 30,000 kids, and thousands of babies in my 20 year career. the following is a quote from last year from a family.
Description: My family and I visited Santa today, Wednesday December 4th around 1pm at Fairview Mall and had the BEST experience.
The gentleman that is Santa is absolutely wonderful. He is kind, caring, and made my family feel so special. He even sang happy birthday with my children to my mom when I mentioned it was her birthday.
Santa is also so convincing! My 8 year old was amazed at his knowledge of robots because that's what she wants for Christmas. She was skeptical about Santa being real but after today's experience she's a believer again.
I can't say enough good things about "Santa". He's an absolute gem and I'm so thankful to him for keeping the Christmas magic alive for my children.
