Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. SantaRealBeard is truly sorry to hear that your visit did not meet your expectations. Bringing the magic of Christmas to families is something Santa takes to heart, and it’s always disappointing to hear when someone feels let down.

SantaRealBeard remembers your visit on December 28th and understands that the experience felt different from what you’d seen online. Most families book much earlier in the season—typically leading up to December 24th—and often include specific details or activities they’d like Santa to perform (like gift distribution instructions, wish lists, songs, or photo moments). Unfortunately, with the booking coming in just a few days before the visit, there wasn’t much time to customize the experience to your family’s preferences.

That said, SantaRealBeard did his best to bring holiday cheer even after the usual peak Christmas magic had passed. The late December visit window can feel less “magical” for some children once the excitement of Christmas Day is behind them, but Santa certainly never intends for any visit to feel rushed or impersonal.

Santa always appreciates constructive feedback and would love the opportunity to make things right, should your family consider a visit next season. If there’s anything Santa can do to restore a bit of holiday spirit or address your concerns further, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly.
