December 13, 2024Greeting could have been better when he arrived in the building ( more loud Ho Ho Ho’s and waving at children or something to get their attention more when he arrives). Otherwise, good interaction with kids when hearing their wishes and great with families taking pictures.

December 3, 2024Santa Mugsy was awesome. He knew exactly what to do, he never broke character, was great with the kids and brought so much Christmas cheer to our party. He was kind, polite, punctual and very helpful. Santa Mugsy did photos and meet and greets and also mingled in the party and talked to the kids and really brought a lot of joy to our event. We would absolutely hire him again!
