Star City Santa and Mrs. Claus were absolute showstoppers at our event! From the moment we booked them, their professionalism and dedication to delivering a magical experience were clear. They went above and beyond by visiting the event site beforehand to get familiar with the layout, showing their commitment to seamless execution.

On the day of the event, they arrived right on time, dressed in truly stunning, high-quality costumes that added an extra touch of authenticity and charm. Over the course of the 4-hour event, they only requested two brief breaks, demonstrating their commitment to making every moment count for our guests.

Mrs. Claus was a delightful addition to the team, thoughtfully assisting with handing out printed photos and stockings. What stood out most was her ability to connect with the children, many of whom felt more at ease posing with her for photos. Her warm and maternal energy truly elevated the experience for our youngest attendees.
