April 2, 2026Santa Mike was an extremely nice guy, he was also very funny! I think the adults loved him more than the kids! lol
My only complaint was that he showed up an hour early, he said he had the time wrong time. Mike ended up leaving and went somewhere for a bite to eat and came back, so it was not an issue.

December 26, 2025We hired Santa based on the positive reviews we had seen; however, unfortunately, our experience was not a positive one.
Santa Mike was scheduled from 5:00–7:00 PM but did not arrive until 6:00 PM, stating that he believed his start time was 7:00 PM. From the moment he arrived, he was not friendly and made little to no effort to engage with the children. There was no storytelling, interaction, or even basic conversation with the kids, which was extremely disappointing.
It felt as though he simply put on the costume and showed up without any enthusiasm or preparation. This experience did not meet our expectations at all. Unfortunately, we would not recommend his services. 0/10.

December 20, 2025I’m completely understanding of mishaps, but unfortunately this Santa was 30 minutes late and he waited until he was in the driveway to let me know that he was here for his entrance. Very little interaction with the kids and the guest. I expected more. Unfortunately, he also left early. There were a lot of other options, but we spent a little more money because we expected more.

December 23, 2024I hired Santa Mike for our family’s annual Christmas cookie decorating event, which always includes a Santa Claus visit. While he arrived early at 6:00 PM for a scheduled appearance from 6:30 to 7:15, he left around 6:30, which was disappointing given the time frame we agreed upon.
Santa Mike was good with the kids overall, and his Santa outfit was unique, adding a special touch to the evening. However, his communication skills were lacking, and I had hoped for more interaction and involvement with the children, as this is a key part of the experience for us.
While there were some positives, I would have appreciated better engagement and adherence to the scheduled time. For future events, I’d recommend ensuring clear communication and a focus on creating lasting memories with the kids.

Upon arrival as Santa, if you want me to hand out gifts, I bring a Santa bag and we can fill it up outside so that I actually bring the gifts in with me. I work the room greeting everyone with many Ho Ho Ho's and tell story's or sing carols pose for photos and what ever the customer wants.
