Santa Michael

I am not a Santa that does magic or is an entertainer. As a graduate of the Charles W. Howard Santa school I believe that Santa Claus should be portrayed as traditional and an old fashioned descendant of St Nicholas of Myra. Every child must be heard and treated special. No child should be rushed for the sake of a picture. For home visits, Santa will make his entrance, meet each child, read ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’ (this can open up discussions about Santa and the North Pole), sing carols with the children, discuss the backstory of Saint Nicholas and season of giving, remind us that Christmas is Jesus’s birthday, and sit down with each child and ask what they want for Christmas.
