December 16, 2019VERY disappointed!! I corresponded with Scott last week and he told me he was available for my event TOMORROW. He said he would send the contract over on Sunday, which I never received. Sunday night I sent him a follow up email to him, which he read and never responded. This morning I call him to follow up again and he tells me he can’t confirm my event and that I should get another Santa. My event is tomorrow and leaves me in a jam. Very bad business!

Sorry but we get over 400 phone call and emails a day and availability changes by the minute
We never even made it to a contract and payment so nothing I can do about it.
This is one problen I have with Gig Salad is I now have a review for an event we never even got past step one on the booking process. Her last minute request that i could not provide is now a bad review for our company that does over a 1000 events each year with amazing success- This should not even be open to review becuase again it basically was a last minute request that went no where.
Most of our clients book 3-6 months in advance
