Samuel Martin is a recording artist, composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from Dallas, Texas. A Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts attendee, he lives in Dallas, splitting his time between school, cowriting and gigging. He has played venues such as Sambuca’s in Uptown Dallas, and The Kitchen Cafe. Samuel is capable of writing in any style, but the music he releases himself is mainly funk and fusion jazz. He is inspired by a wide range of artists, from Bill Evans and Oscar Peterson to Cory Henry and Snarky Puppy to Sammy Miller and The Congregation.
