I am a Texas singer-songwriter and Nashville Recording Artist currently living in Las Vegas. I have a band called "Sam Watkins and Fate Train" and we are Americana but play many styles such as Country Rock, Blues and a little Western Swing. We play originals and cover songs and have been compared to George Strait, Waylon Jennings, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Stevie Ray Vaughan to name a few. The band was established in 2009 in Austin, Texas and has been reborn here in Vegas! We look forward to entertaining you and wish you blessings and success wherever the road takes you... ~SW~

About
Sam Watkins and Fate Train was originally established in 2009 in Austin, Texas and played many of the bars in Austin and surrounding areas until somewhere between 2019 and 2020 when Covid became an issue for some of the members and they disbanded only to be resurrected in 2025 with Frontman Sam Watkins, drummer John Crosby, Bassist Nick Ford and guitarist Gino Baronelli. Now they re getting ready to discover new heights and rock Sin City to it's core!
