Sabrina's Special Events offers full planning from beginning to the end. We are also able to recommend vendors, and provide full day coordination.

Whether you need a lot of help or just a little, Sabrina's Special Events is focused on allowing you to enjoy your event instead of being consumed by worry.

Full Planning

With Full Planning your wedding planner will walk you through every step of the wedding planning process, providing the assistance you need to transform the vision of your wedding into reality. In addition to the services included in Day-of Coordination, clients will enjoy Vendor Selection Assistance for each and every vendor, in which Sabrina's Special Events will recommend specific vendors ideally suited for your wedding. Sabrina's Special Events will serve as the point of contact for all vendors upon their hire, communicating with them to ensure that you receive the best products and service. This package provides you with continuous access to the wedding planner for advice, guidance, and support throughout the planning process, ensuring that each wedding is the event our clients have envisioned for themselves.

Ultimate Planning

These services include the planning of the wedding itself, as well as coordination of some of the most time consuming tasks leading up to and events surrounding the wedding. In addition to all of the services included in Full Planning, the Ultimate Planning Package includes the attendance of the wedding planner at all vendor meetings, including wedding dress fittings. Sabrina's Special Events will also provide invitation response management for your wedding and welcome bag assembly and delivery. Finally, this package includes the planning and oversight of your Rehearsal Dinner and Post-Wedding Brunch, so that our clients can relax and take pleasure in the entire wedding weekend.

After coordinating my entire wedding in less than 5 short months, I realized how time consuming, important, and life changing planning a wedding can be. I loved every second of planning my wedding, but on my big day I was the one in charge of handling every single detail. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and you should be enjoying your day, not worrying about small details, that no one else will notice - leave that to the wedding planner, leave that to ME.

Since the age of 18 I have been coordinating events, including baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, wedding receptions, outreach events, fundraisers, and even business galas. I have a special attention for detail, and enjoy making dream events become a reality!

As a little girl I have always enjoyed events, parties, and celebrating people, especially on their special day.
