He has performed live on international television in front of tens of millions of viewers, has been recorded in major studios with a long list of established producers and engineers, including Grammy winner Phil Allen (Adele, Aerosmith), and has performed / recorded with such artists as James Blunt (Atlantic Records), Joey Fatone (N’SYNC), Montell Jordan, and Michael Grimm (2010 America’s Got Talent Winner).

Ryan Smith is one of the most reliable, versatile, and collaborative drummers I’ve ever worked with—and that’s saying something. I’ve played hundreds of gigs and dozens of sessions with him, and he’s consistently professional, prepared, punctual, and always in service of the song. He adapts to any situation with ease, brings great energy to every project, and is a great hang as well. He’s a drummer I know I can recommend without hesitation—he’ll show up and crush it every single time.
