As a solo performer, I require the venue or event organizer to provide all necessary technical equipment to ensure a professional-quality show. Please ensure the following is available and set up prior to my arrival:
1. Sound System (PA):
• A professional, high-quality sound system capable of filling the entire venue.
• Connection for high-quality backing tracks via XLR or 1/4" (from iPad/Pro Laptop).
2. Microphone & Gear:
• One (1) professional wireless handheld microphone (Shure SM58/Beta 58 or equivalent) with fresh batteries.
• One (1) microphone stand.
• At least one (1) stage monitor speaker so I can hear the music and my vocals clearly.
3. Lighting:
• Professional stage lighting is required. At minimum, a clear spotlight on the performer.
• For upbeat songs like "Habibi," dynamic or colored stage lighting is highly preferred to enhance the atmosphere.
4. Logistics:
• Soundcheck: Access to the stage and sound system for a 30-minute soundcheck at least 1 hour before the event starts.
• On-site Tech: A designated sound technician or coordinator to assist with audio levels during the performance.
• Private Space: A secure dressing room or private area for changing into stage attire.
Please note: I do not provide my own sound or lighting equipment. All technical elements listed above must be coordinated by the client or the venue.
