What to expect

Clients can expect professional live flute music that helps create an pleasant atmosphere for their event. I provide background and filler music for weddings, church services, receptions, parties, lobbies, dinners, and other special occasions. My repertoire ranges from classical pieces to modern and recognizable songs depending on the setting.

Song requests can also be discussed beforehand to better match the style, audience, or theme of the event. My goal is to provide enjoyable live music that fits naturally into the occasion and creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

About

I am a versatile flute player with over 10 years of experience performing in a wide variety of musical settings. My background includes classical performance, orchestral music, jazz ensemble, pit orchestra, chamber groups, and modern popular music. I enjoy bringing emotion and professionalism to every performance, whether it’s elegant classical repertoire, relaxing background music, or recognizable modern songs.

I have performed in honors ensembles, festivals, and live events throughout my musical career, and I am passionate about creating memorable experiences for audiences. From weddings and private events to concerts and special occasions, I strive to provide good quality music that fits the atmosphere and connects with listeners for the desired event.

Additional booking notes

Performance setup is simple and flexible for most venues and events. For indoor performances, I typically only require enough space for a music stand and chair if needed. I provide my own music stand and can perform acoustically in many settings without amplification.

For larger venues or outdoor events, a microphone and speaker system can be helpful if available, but extensive sound equipment is usually not necessary. If a microphone is provided by the venue, I can use it.

Lighting requirements are minimal and standard venue lighting is sufficient. I aim to keep setup easy and efficient while maintaining a performance atmosphere.

Influences and inspiration

I’ve been heavily influenced by my private flute teacher and the musicians I’ve had the opportunity to perform with throughout my musical journey. Performing in honor bands, orchestras, concert bands, pit orchestras, and flute ensembles has helped shape my style and approach to live performance. My influences mainly come from classical and contemporary instrumental musicians who focus on expressive, professional, and engaging performances.
