August 3, 2026Acoustic Jazz Done Right — Highly Recommend!
Ruben DeAna was the perfect addition to our alumni reception. We hired him to play acoustic jazz guitar, and he set exactly the right tone for the evening — smooth, warm, and unobtrusive in the best way. The music paired beautifully with our venue's scenic views.
Everything about working with Ruben went smoothly, from communication beforehand to his performance on the day. He's clearly a skilled musician with a great feel for reading a room. We'd happily book him again for future events and highly recommend him to anyone looking for live acoustic guitar for a reception, cocktail hour, or similar gathering.

September 18, 2023Absolutely Perfect!
Rubin's music was the perfect addition to the event. Easy listening while people took time to connect and catch up. I want to have another party just so he can play. The entire process of finding and contracting was super easy. Great experience all around!

August 31, 2015Background Guitar Music
I highly recommend guitar player, Ruben De Anda. Ruben played a variety of music from Spanish guitar to show tunes. He played background music which was at times spirited and other times relaxing. Our guests enjoyed Ruben's music very much!
