“Edmond did a great job playing background music for our jazz brunch. He wasn't too loud for inside the house and was enjoyed by all. ”

October 6, 2024Super Professional and Elite Artist
The whole band was very impressed with Reggie from the beginning of load in, through soundcheck and through the whole show. He was a stranger that zoned in like a brother of the Wesley Pruitt Band. He is everything you need to step in and deliver for a show. Highly recommend this gentleman. A true professional artist!💯

August 14, 202410/10 Reggie Sampson - Saxophonist
We had the pleasure of having Reggie Sampson perform at a Birthday/Appreciation event for my Aunt, and his performance was nothing short of spectacular. Booked at the last minute as a surprise, Reggie proved to be the perfect choice for the evening.
From the moment he arrived, his professionalism was evident—punctual and personable, he immediately connected with the crowd. His setlist, featuring a blend of gospel and smooth jazz, resonated beautifully with the audience and set the perfect tone for the celebration. His soulful melodies and smooth transitions captivated everyone, making him the highlight of the night.
What stood out the most was his ability to engage with the audience, creating an atmosphere of warmth and joy. Reggie's talent and presence left a lasting impression on everyone who attended. Even days after the event, people are still raving about his performance.
We are incredibly appreciative of Reggie's contribution to our special occasion and can't wait to refer him to others. Without a doubt, we'll be booking him for future events!

Influences and inspiration
I have always had a passion for music. It started in my early years listening to Grover Washington Jr. and Maceo Parker. Some of my more current influences are Kirk Whalum and Gerald Albright. I have found that these two saxophonists have helped shape my sound, approach, and technique regarding how I perform today.
