A great experience!

Roz and Jed Buck have done what many married couples consider to be “the impossible” . . . They have worked together, side by side, for over 15 years. From 2004 – 2016, Roz and Jed owned and directed Meadowbrook Day Camp, a large private day camp in New Jersey, where they significantly grew the business and trained over 400 staff each summer. They attribute their success at Meadowbrook to several factors that they now share with passionate owners, directors and staff at businesses and organizations throughout the country. These include building a strong leadership team, creating and developing a meaningful culture, intentionally conveying impactful staff training messages, focusing on staff engagement and teamwork, extreme attention to detail, and providing an outstanding overall customer experience.

Roz and Jed sold their camp in 2016, and as serial entrepreneurs, they have successfully launched a new business as Trainers and Consultants. They travel the country sharing what they have learned and experienced first-hand by delivering interactive keynotes, experiential and participant-centered conference sessions, and private training workshops with youth development organizations, small businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and schools/universities. They successfully provide Two Voices, Customized Content, and Real Experience. Roz and Jed have shared their messages and experiences at conferences in 19 different states and trained thousands of staff across the country. Their commitment to making a difference extends to many not-for-profit organizations where they have been active volunteers and leaders for over 30 years. They feel extremely fortunate that their life’s work is dedicated to helping professionals make a positive difference for the customers, staff, and children they serve.
