First off, I would like I say that if you are considering booking a band for any kind of event (I booked them for our backyard engagement party “I Do BBQ”), I highly recommend that you contact the Rosedown Rockers. Not only did they take the time to send myself and my fiancé a set list of the songs they can play, but they let us choose our top favorites, request any that were not on the list and even let us choose the intercession music. Dr. Young reached out to me since we were expecting rough weather a few days ahead of the event and helped my fiancé and I prepare the party for the possible rainy weather, which really helped ease my anxiety. The band received compliments all evening long, and we even had neighbors comment to us the next day that the band sounded great and asked us where we found them! Overall, I wish we had another event we could book them for because the entertainment and talent was top notch!

What to expect
We are not your average boring band that simply plays music, we "entertain" by interacting with the audience and encouraging crowd participation. Rosedown Rockers has over 150 years of combined musical experience, and with over 100 songs in our repertoire spanning from 50s music to today's hits we're more than capable of professionally fulfilling your musical entertainment needs. Our regular genres are rock, country, pop, oldies, funk, disco, and R & B. If you prefer a specific genre or specific songs send a request to us, with adequate time we'll learn it to cater to your needs and preferences. We've been asked to play zydeco, swamp pop and cajun music in the past, not our normal genres, and delivered better than satisfactory results. Whatever your event may be you can't go wrong by hiring Rosedown Rockers to supply your entertainment!

We're more than happy to use your PA system if you have an adequate one, but we do have one. All we need is electricity..... And maybe some good weather if its an outdoor event 😉
