Originally from upstate New York, ROSE was the lead singer/entertainer for one of Upstate's most popular club and wedding/corporate bands, The Deltones. As a solo performer she has opened concerts for Shania Twain and Benny Mardones as well as winning several vocal contests and performing at clubs and colleges throughout the Northeast in an acoustic duo with Thorne.
Also hailing from Upstate ,THORNE was the songwriting half of CNY's most popular acoustic duo Holmes & Mancini. In the duo and as a solo artist, he has released 3 singles, 2 major CD recordings and has been signed to a song publishing deal with New Memphis Music. He has performed at clubs and colleges all across the US and opened shows for many nationally known music and comedic performers including Orleans, Melissa Manchester, Al Jarreau, Dave Mason, Aztec Two-Step, Tom Chapin, John Sebastian, Gene Cotton, Robert Klein and Jay Mohr, to name a few.
The two did shows in and around CNY and the NACA colleges circuit til moving to Nashville, pursuing strong song interest from several publishers.
Following family to Central Florida, they let go of the music business for several years until one night in February 2016, they played four songs at an open mic and the crowd and the clubs owners fell in love.
All that previous experience quickly gelled into their former great sound and entertaining sense of humor.... and they have been a "hit" everywhere they've performed. And oh yeah, they've been married now for 19 years and that makes for a fun and magical music and entertaining evening, of great original songs and wonderful renditions of popular and unique female, male and duo covers!

ROSE N' THORNE provide their own PA sound equipment, with powered JBL speakers, mixing board with effects, mics and stands.
They don't use digital backing tracks.
