Ron Garofalo is a resident of North Arlington, New Jersey. He has studied trumpet with some of New York’s finest trumpet teachers. Ron has performed with some of the leaders in the musical world. He performs at Medieval Times in Lyndhurst, musicals, church services, with local wedding bands, and special events in the metropolitan area. Ron has also done work with the Make a Wish Foundation, and Disney. The summer of 2002, he won the Chuck Mangione Award, a scholarship given by the Brass Conference.
Ron has a degree from New Jersey City University in music education with a focus on trumpet. He currently teaches for Clifton public schools, William Paterson University, and privately. Some of the music industry leaders Ron has worked with are:Diana Ross, Giora Schmidt, Loannis Potmousis, Donna Connoly, Buddy DeFranco, Paquito D’Rivera and Bob Mintzer.
