October 1, 2018Great with changes
We booked Roem for our 12th Annual Executive Forum at the Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay. Roem is great and works very well with changes. Our event had a very last minute location change due to weather conditions and Roem was able to go with the flow. You can imagine how overwhelming last minute changes can be for a big corporate event but Roem was able to work with the changes and get everything going with limited directions! Roem also arrived very prompt and is easy going. We are very pleased with his performance and we had a lot of positive feedback from our guests. We had a diverse crowd and he was able to play something for everyone to enjoy:)

Thank you Christina for your review! It was my pleasure to entertain and provide sound for your guests. I pride myself on being flexible, so thank you for working with me to find solutions for your event.
Looking forward to working together again in the future!

October 5, 2017Roem Baur was a Hit!!!
At our 2nd Annual Rock the Mansion Event at Green Valley Country Club in Fairfield, CA on September 30, Roem Baur and his Band rocked out! Many of our members asked when he would be coming back for more. Very enjoyable show and all of the Band and Roem were a complete joy to work with from beginning to end!
Thank you Roem!

April 29, 2017Fantastic
We booked Roem for our wedding. Can't say enough about how great he was and how much everyone loved his performance. He worked with us before the wedding on song lists. Was there and setup the day of the event without issue. MCed the reception and kept everyone engaged. We had comment after comment during and after the wedding and 90% focused on how great Roem was. He has our highest recommendation. Truly great performance and a truly great guy. Thanks again!

About
Selected from 100,000 singers to appear on Season 7 of NBC's The Voice, Roem Baur has toured extensively throughout the US and abroad, including England, Africa, South America and South East Asia with acclaimed appearances at SXSW for Chevy, VEVO, re/code, Refinery29 and more. His live shows have been lauded by celebrities and legends alike, including P!nk, MC Hammer, Chris Isaak, Walt Mossberg (The Wall Street Journal), Pat Benatar, and Adam Duritz (Counting Crows).
Grand Prize Winner of Bob Weir’s national "The Road To TRI" contest, Baur has been recognized repeatedly for his passionate songwriting and unique musicality, a blend of soul, blues, and early rock n’ roll, attracting enthusiastic praise from The Bay Guardian & (link hidden) who says, "Reminiscent of the Rolling Stones and the Beatles with a slight folk twang. Horns, electric guitars and piano round out the pulsating drums in this soulful, rock soon-to-be classic." His first studio recording "Roem & The Revival" was produced by Damien Lewis (Rihanna, Janelle Monae, Keane) featuring KFOG favorite "Maybe I Don't Need You" which garnered Baur his first radio play.
At the age of 16, Roem's voice brought him to the edge of one of the eight wonders of the world, Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, Africa, where Baur dedicated his life to a pursuit of music. From that point forward, he taught himself guitar, studied opera, and began playing open mics and recording his songs. Not long after he was being asked to perform throughout the US and beyond. Within months of finding social media, he amassed over 5,000 fans and tens of thousands of streams, as one of the top indie artists.
Baur continues to write and develop his live show, which began by playing house concerts for friends, now booking over 150 dates a year, and has found his voice in national ad campaigns, voice-overs for films, and has begun composing for television.
What others say:
"You have an amazing voice. Incredible." - P!nk
"Roem is a singer with a ridiculous vocal range (this is increasingly rare in the music world celebrated by today's media machine) and a troubadour's soul." - (link hidden)
