After the date and price have been figured out, we will send you a simple contract. After the contract has been signed we will send the invoice for the agreed upon amount. Then an email of specific expectations ( color, print size, prop options, etc) is sent and discussed. Then we create the photo example and send it to you to make sure you are blown away with the picture and design quality. A few days before the event we verify all the final details. Then we show up about an hour earlier than the event to set up and then let the fun begin!!
