What to expect

For anyone attending your event: Attendees will arrive at the event and begin their adventure!
*Depending on how you would like them greeted, they can walk in on their own, or be escorted in by our performers (should you choose that option). One 20'/30's era fundraising event required all the guests to have a password to enter. They drank their libations from tea cups and even had the party busted by the fuzz! The host was thrown in "jail" and party guests had to donate money for her "bail". Once the goal was reached, there was a "jail break" by her "gang". The entire event was a huge success and everyone begged for more!

Your guests will have a great time being included in all the festivities, but never stealing your spotlight!

Everyone will have easy access to information regarding your event. We send out inviations, reminders and thank you cards! They will never be more than a mouse click away from having all the answers they need. We include a free website customized to your event, as well as links to social media like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter!

Every detail is covered so that the only question anyone is left asking is: "When is the next party?"

About

Kristin Fernandez has over 20 years of event and production coordination experience. She has worked in professional theatre since the age of 17 and has brought that experience to the personal event planning arena. A former owner of a wedding planning business in the Orlando, FL area, she combines her experience from that business, her experience on the stage and her tenure at Walt Disney World. She has learned from the best and brings that expertise to each and every event.

With our Themed events, you will get an experience that has people saying things like:
"I can't wait until your next party!" (zombie party goer)
"How are we supposed to compete with THIS?!" (parent of party goer at pirate party)

Why a themed event? Themed parties are unique and create memories that far outlast other events. It breaks the mold of the humdrum party that becomes tedious to attend. You will throw the party that people will talk about for years!

What to expect with our service: Once you call us for your free phone consultation, we will begin the adventure! Here is a breakdown of how we work:
1.) FACE TO FACE CONSULTATION: You give us your wish list! The sky's the limit!
2.) BUDGET AGREEMENT: Yuck! Money! :( We have to do it, so let's get it over with! :)
3.) COORDINATION AND PLANNING: We do all the calling, booking, ordering, securing, inviting, set up, breakdown and clean up! You just need to get ready to have fun!
4.) INVITATION AND RSVP WEBSITE: You will have a website that your guests can go to to RSVP to the event. They can also use this site to ask questions about the event, like: "What should I wear?" :D (We will also help you link us to your social media.)
5.) DAY OF THE EVENT: To lessen your stress, all you have to do is show up! We will arrive before the guests and set up, we have cooridnators on site to run the party and ensure all goes smoothly. We will then send you home, exhausted from the fun and take care of all the break down and clean up!
6.) THANK YOU NOTES: We will take care of the thank you notes and make sure they get sent out in a timely manner! Your guests will love the event and the fact that you were grateful to have them share that time with you!

This process is completely stress free! Hosting an event is supposed to fun and exciting, not headache filled and crazy!

When we say the "Sky's the limit!" We mean it! We want all of your ideas to come to life! We have connections with rental service companies that give us the most competitive pricing. Anything from chocolate fountains to light shows, we can make anything, within your budget, come to life.

We are also HUGE fans of location events. Our recent Hunger Games (c.) party was set in a dried up field that we scoured the area to find. It had the perfect balance of space and feel to make the event amazing!

If it can be transported to the spot, we will get it to you! If it can't be moved, we will get you to IT! (Budget allowing) :D

Influences and inspiration

The single biggest influence on how we run things is Kristin's 10 years with Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The Walt Disney company is the world leader in event planning and hosting. We strive to maintain that level of professionalism and fun! Of course we don't have a Disney size budget, but we will make it every bit as magical for you!
