I am not an expert in business or strategy; I am a PEOPLE expert.

Let's face it, being able to not only identify what makes us unique but also knowing how to practically implement that is really hard. Every day we are pressured to live out our most authentic self while simultaneously fighting the desire to create a persona or perception of what we want others to think. Breaking down, defining and rebuilding identity for the purpose of growth, development, and leadership; this is my specialty.

Regardless of whether you are a CEO trying to lead your management staff or a small business owner trying to communicate who you really are, identity is fundamental to both processes. Who you are matters and how you communicate that matters even more.

With straight-forward communication and asking the hard questions, I will help you and your audience see the value you carry as individuals.

I believe there are 2 great tensions in our lives that when acknowledged and accepted can provide an immense amount of freedom.

I have spent the last 15 years of my life wrestling with this TENSION and have spent the last 3 creating a process to help individuals and teams not only understand what each statement means but helping them create the clearest picture of who they are as individuals they have ever had. After graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Communications I was the Director of Junior High and High School Ministry at Sky Ranch Summer Camp in East Texas. 4 years later I moved back to Dallas to join the pastoral staff at Chase Oaks Church before starting my first business with my wife Sara almost 3 years later. When Sara and I took our first big leap into entrepreneurship in 2010 we knew we had found something unique. Over the last 8 years we have successfully owned and operated 5 small businesses and now I spend most of my time devoted to becoming a people expert. Whether I am working 1-on-1 with an executive, with a team from a major corporate brand, with a leadership staff of a church or speaking at a conference I have one thing in mind; Helping others understand what it means to be HUMAN.
