As a retired professional athlete (mixed martial arts fighter), 10 year military veteran, MBA/MSA graduate, father and husband I know that life is a continuous fight for what you want. I offer positive speaking workshops that are themed around self-belief, community, positivity and teambuilding. My method is a very personable approach that is strategically centered around building a connection with the audience. I don't believe in sharing my story and just walking away. My goal is to share the story and then by using interactive activities we can put those practices in place.

June 20, 2017Mr. Washingon did a fabulous job speaking at the men's correctional institute. He was very motivating, I loved his positive attitude. He had such a great message for the inmates, one of hope and overcoming obstacles in your life! I hope to hear him again soon! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

January 25, 2017Rob began his talk with a brief introductory video that provided a history of his life and the genesis of his belief system. At the end of his film he walked onto the stage and the entire school body erupted into a spontaneous cheering, standing ovation. Rob maintained that energy level throughout his talk. He got his point across that there is no valid reason to give up on a dream. For weeks afterwards the students challenged each other using Rob's words. This was a meaningful and inspiring event for students as well as faculty.
