About
I have been playing drums since the age of 6 years old having been inspired by The Beatles and the weekly American Bandstand TV show. Playing professionally since age of 14, I am classical trained after attending Ball State University with a major in percussion. I have played in professional bands in the US, UK and Hong Kong.
Trained initially as a jazz drummer, I have great experience and enjoy playing various styles of music including rock, jazz, Latin, hip hop, country and reggae. My influences are Buddy Rich, Stewart Copeland, John Bonham, Antonio Sanchez, Art Blakey, and many many others.
Additional booking notes
Although not mandatory, I prefer working with click / backing track.
I have excellent timing but prefer the tightness a band gets with click track including voice prompts.
