The Rob Holbert Group is widely known as one of the versatile groups in the DFW Music scene. We can perform requests from a variety of musical styles/genres and can tailor our playlist to accommodate the wishes of any client. Always punctual, appropriately dressed and professionally behaved, our clients/audiences wishes are always met and achieved. Our goal is to relieve the client of the burden of worrying about the entertainment portion of their event. Once we are contacted and booked, all details regarding the entertainment portion of the event are expertly handled by the Rob Holbert Group.

Rob Holbert, saxophonist /vocalist has performed professionally for many years and has shared the stage with a cavalcade of stars.
Opening for world renowned acts such as The Average White Band and Jazz Pianist Alex Bugnon, he has also performed with recorded with or shared the stage with a vast and diverse number of performers such as Bobby Bland, Gospel Artist Tommye Young-West, Pieces of a Dream,Betty Wright, Rapper Doug (link hidden)esh, Red Young, Smooth Jazz Artist Althea Rene, Joe McBride, Benita Arteberry, Yarborough and Peoples, Jazz Educator Phil Wilson, former Tonight Show Drummer Ed Shaunessy, George Clinton's P Funk AllStars, Jazz pianist and vocalist Ronnie Foster, The Legendary Bernard Wright and Grammy Nominee Breggett Rideau just to name a few.

The Rob Holbert Group is well known for their delivery of Smooth Jazz, Standards and Classics. Their variety of music and the sometimes eclectic arrangements of songs sets them apart from most other Jazz groups today. The group can also perform a variety of lively R&B covers and dance music that's sure to make any event an exciting one!! The group has performed at numerous events throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area and beyond including The Oasis 107.5 AfterWork Escape, Sambuca Jazz Cafe, Brooklyn Jazz,
SoHo Food and Jazz, Buttons Jazz Cafe, Buttons Restaurants and The Dallas Museum of Art Concert Series. The band also performs for numerous large corporate events such as the Texas Instruments Annual Awards Banquet, The Tuskegee Airmen Annual Conference at the Gaylord Texan Resort, Research in Motion (makers of the Blackberry) Worldwide Conference, Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as well as many large festivals including the Fort Worth Main Street Arts Festival, Annual Grapevine Texas Wine Trail, The Annual Chocolate Festival sponsored by the Travelers Aid Society at DFW Airport, MayFest and others. The group is particularly well known for their versatility, performing as a trio for smaller events and with as many as nine pieces for larger concerts. The group can perform Smooth Jazz, Jazz Standards and Straight Ahead/Traditional Jazz that will make any Jazz Enthusiast smile, but can switch to playing Top 40, Blues, R&B and Dance music with great ease and authenticity that will make any party rock !
