Rise Enlightened

Rise Enlightened provides informational talks and trainings for small groups, organizations and agencies. Cass has been facilitating groups for parents of strong-willed children for more than two years and has a passion for helping parents and children build stronger relationships. Her background working with at-risk youth and families provides a great foundation for speaking about trauma and change among organization. Presentations can be made to an agencies staff or to their current clientele. Talk topics include: family support and engagement, parenting tools for strong-willed children, mental health awareness, self-care, secondary trauma, burnout, and more.
