Rick and Julie came into our club and completely entertained us all! Have a beautiful, smooth, jazzy sound that made for an amazing midweek relaxation for our club. What was really impressive is that about halfway through the show, one of our members just yelled out a song that he wanted to hear, that was a completely different style of music. Rick busted out Jimi Hendrix's Voodoo Child, flawlessly, switching music genres with no problem whatsoever. We're fairly certain he can play anything, anytime, and just oozes with talent. Julie is also just wildly impressive as a vocalist. Her voice is smooth and sweet and clear as a bell! She was dazzling. We would highly recommend hiring them for any event, anytime. Your crowd will be in the moment, completely entertained, and impressed by amazing talent. Thanks for coming Rick and Julie, we can't wait to have you back!

What to expect
Duet with vocalist and musician performing favorite cover tunes with backing tracks. Sets are 40 to 50 minutes with 20 minute breaks. Shows typically have 3 sets.
About
Multi Instrumental Musician Rick Hicks was born and raised in the Detroit area. He began playing bass when he was a teen. He now plays 4, 5 and 6 string electric bass, upright bass, jazz guitar, keyboards and drums. Rick studied music at Oakland University and has also learned the various aspects of producing and recording music. Rick creates, produces and records music and video at his studio.
