My goal as a worship leader is to connect... for us to all connect our voices and hearts together as we connect with the Lord! That to me is the ultimate point in life as an eternal child of God... connection.
Sadly the society we are surrounded by these days is aways keeping us distracted from what is truly important which is our relationship with the Lord and with each other!
When I lead as a solo artist, I pair it down to basics.. just my voice and an acoustic guitar. Simple.

Rick Heil is the lead singer of the Grammy nominated, Dove Award winning band SONICFLOOd. With over 2 million albums sold SONICFLOOd is touted as “The Fathers of Modern Worship Music”. Rick has been in the entertainment industry for over 20 years, he started leading worship in church when he was 15 years old. He was a member of the Grammy nominated band Big Tent Revival from (phone number hidden)9 and a founding member of SONICFLOOd from 1999- Present. He has had 4 Grammy nominations, 4 ASCAP Awards, and 2 Dove Awards. He has traveled all over the world performing for millions of people. He has produced 6 albums, owns his own record label named Resonate Records, and operates his own publishing company. He was co-creator and producer of the ground breaking multi-media 56 city tour with the International Mission Board. He has helped facilitate over 10,000 child sponsorships. He wrote, produced and performed the Lottie Moon Mission theme song “Are We The Yet”, for the Southern Baptist Convention, and starred in the video, which was filmed in Syria, Jordan, and Lebanon. In his 30 years that Rick has been ministering through praise and worship, he has seen great and tremendous advancements for the kingdom of God. One of his greatest honors was to perform the first Christian concert ever in a secular venue in modern Turkey’s history (This was nothing short of a miracle in a country that is 99.9% Muslim). He has also had the privilege of performing at the President of Thailand’s birthday party. His international ministry is extensive as he has performed on every continent except Antarctica. He has touched the lives of Orphans in Thailand, the Shanty Towns of South Africa, the prisoners in the Bahamas, and our brave men and women serving in our military around the world. While Rick’s international ministry is vast, his influence and involvement here in America is equally as impressive. He has ministered with Promise Keepers, Franklin Graham, Josh McDowell, Morris Cerullo, Robert Schuller, Luis Pulau , Rod Parsley, and Acquire the Fire, just to name a few. He had the distinct honor of being asked to play at the 2008 Republican National Convention Prayer Breakfast. That same year, Rick and his wife, CeCe were appointed as chairmen of the Americans of Faith Coalition. He has been featured on the 700 Club, TBN, INSP, God TV, and Harvest TV. With millions of records sold along with his tireless labor in the mission field all over the world, Rick has definitely earned the title “The Fathers of Modern Worship Music!” and has changed the face of worship music forever.
