About

Richie started his journey when he went from a 5’7” 150 pound walk-on at Ole Miss to becoming a Division-1 football scholarship athlete in the powerhouse SouthEastern Conference. He went on to start in all 12 games, earn the coveted SEC Scholar Athlete award, and live his dream of playing college football.

After his graduation from Ole Miss, Richie continued his football career and played professional Arena football before ultimately suffering a season ending injury.

After his football career, Richie went on to break records in sales performance at a fortune 500 company. He used the same skills, habits, and accountability system he learned in football and translated it to sales.

He realized early on that he had the ability to make a huge impact on many lives sharing his story of playing D1 football in the SEC. With a renewed passion he authored a #1 bestseller, “In Spite of the Odds”, and was featured in the movie, “Rudy Ruettiger: The Walk On”.

After the release of his book, one high school asked him to share his story and 5 years later he had spoken at over 450 schools, building his first successful sales team and business. He then started working with sales and sales leadership teams, however, as a “motivational speaker” he felt like he really wasn’t helping anyone because they weren’t implementing.

He decided to stop speaking and opened a performance facility in Las Vegas, Relentless Warrior Fitness. Richie built his second sales team and over the course of just 11 months with implementation of the Next Play™ accountability system, the revenue grew by 2,600%, generating over 7 figures. Most importantly, there were client transformations everywhere.

Richie began sharing the accountability system with his previous clients from his “motivational” speaking career. Over the course of a few short years, he quickly began helping organizations make 7 and 8 figure increases in sales and scale to completely new levels with the Next Play™ Accountability System.

Today, Richie shares each success story from the lens of the audience, resulting in a renewed inspiration you can feel in the room.
