Tai Richardson, Founder of RTC, has over sixteen years of professional
experience in social justice, grassroots organizing, criminal justice, mental health
and board management. He offers a personally unique style & perspective as a
workshop facilitator and motivational speaker.Tai attended Central Connecticut State University where he majored in Sociology with a minor in Communications.

Tai is a certified facilitator of Advancing Youth Development through the Academy of Educational Development; he also serves as a Facilitator of the Family Violence Education Program. With over twenty years of professional experience in social justice, grassroots organizing, criminal justice, mental health and board management, Tai brings a unique perspective as a workshop facilitator and motivational speaker.
Tai has a passion for serving the community and has dedicated himself especially toward improving the academic and social development of inner city youth. He is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated and currently serves as the Director of Collegiate Affairs for the New England area. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Leadership, Education and Athletics in Partnership (LEAP).

Through the formation of RTC, Tai seeks to “Engage, Inform, Encourage and Inspire” those that he comes in contact with.
