RHYTHM CONGRESS was born in a studio on South CONGRESS Avenue in Austin, Texas (the live music capital). Featuring a solid RHYTHM section and an extra large energetic CONGRESS of horns, RC is committed to keeping Central Texas dance floors crowded by playing classic rhythm & blues and soul music along with popular newer horn-driven tunes.
