She’s helped 100’s of organizations create and deploy sales ready programs that shape teams to be confident, successful, proactive, and aligned which leads to an increase in revenue and results. She’s the author of “The Stepped Approach” and host of Rev Shots and a sought-after speaker.

She credits her upbringing for giving her the tools to strategize, plan, and manage expectations in both her personal and business life. After working in a variety of sales and leadership roles, she launched Revenue by Design in 2014.

She lives in Southern California with her kids, husbands, and beloved family dog, Scout the Doberman!

Additional booking notes

MICROPHONE REQUIREMENTS - S. 1) Hands free microphone. 2) Wireless Handheld for workshop session. I also request that there is a technical rehearsal/sound system check prior to the event.

STAGE / LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS - Open and empty, no podium, and house lights on enough to see the audience from the stage.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS - TBD based on keynote or workshop and venue. Ultimately, open to working with you for what would be best!

RESOURCE TABLE - We'll need a table for selling books and/or book signing. The location of the table can be off to the side or back of the room, a 6x6, and open for one hour pre-event and one-hour post event.
