Founded by a lifelong technology enthusiast and former Apple Creative Pro trainer with over a decade of experience helping people learn through play, Retro On Wheels combines nostalgic gaming, hands-on interaction, storytelling, and approachable technology into experiences designed to bring people together across generations.

What started as a love for classic gaming and interactive learning evolved into a mobile experience focused on connection, curiosity, creativity, and fun. From retro arcade setups and family-friendly gaming stations to themed educational programs and 360 photo booth experiences, every event is designed to be welcoming, memorable, and easy for guests of all ages to enjoy.

Retro On Wheels aims to keep setup simple and stress-free for event organizers. Most events only require a reasonably level indoor or outdoor space and access to standard electrical outlets within a practical distance of the setup area.

For the best experience, we recommend:
• A flat and stable surface for the 360 platform
• Access to at least one standard power outlet (one plug for machine, second plug for led surrounding booth)
• Enough surrounding space for guests to safely enter and exit the platform
• Protection from rain or severe weather for outdoor events
• Adequate lighting or indoor visibility for guest safety

Typical setup and breakdown times vary depending on the event size and location, but we generally arrive early to allow time for setup, testing, and preparation before guests arrive.
Because every venue is different, Retro On Wheels works directly with organizers ahead of time to make sure the setup fits comfortably within the available space and flow of the event.
